Ingredients

° 300 grams of all-purpose flour.

° 3 tablespoons of cane sugar.

° 3/4 ° C curd, I used just enough until the dough was moist enough.

° 1 C. From frozen blueberries, I used fresh blueberries that I freeze overnight.

° 1 stick. From unsalted butter, we will need it very cold, so I put it in the refrigerator before using it.

° 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

° 1 + 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

° Half salted butter, melted in the microwave.

To prepare the sauce you will only need:
° 3 sp large. Of the almond milk, I would sometimes use more if the sauce wasn’t thin enough.

° 1 c of powdered sugar.

° 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Method:
Step 1:

I cut a stick of butter into small pieces and put it on a baking sheet lined with wax paper, and stick it for 10 minutes in the freezer.

Step 2:

Then I set the oven temperature to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3:

Stir all the sauce ingredients together, making sure the powdered sugar is completely dissolved.

Then, in another bowl, I mixed all the dry ingredients together: flour – baking powder – salt – sugar, added cold butter, chopped it into small pieces, the size of a pea and mixed it well until blended.

Fifth step:

Next, I applied the curd, still adding it until I end up with a soft, not sticky paste that sticks to the sides of the bowl.

I sauté until smooth and then roll on a finely milled plate.

The Sixth Step:

Well I had ample space for kneading, for quick cleaning I used a wide cutting board! (You can also use it), I sprinkle some flour on the area and also over the dough and place the dough on the floured area.

The seventh step:

I pressed the dough out, but I didn’t need to roll it with a pin and flatten it to a thickness of about half an inch.

The Eighth Step:

I put some blueberries on top of the dough, kneading it and tightening it until it was about an inch thick several times.

Honestly, the stronger the fish, because it rose so beautifully!

The berries will probably start to bleed on the dough and when the berries dissolve, you see colored spots, it’s magic !!!

Step 9:

I put the biscuits in a cast iron skillet but made sure they hit the biscuit.

Step 10:

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 500 degrees, then remove the pan from the oven for 8 to 10 minutes and sprinkle the biscuits with the salted butter.

This is an important part of the baking method.

Step 11:

I removed it from the oven only when the surfaces began to turn soft brown, and the blueberries burst.
