1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
10 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 – 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Start by melting the butter in a small bowl.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and prepare the muffin tins on a baking tray.
In a medium-sized bowl, add the melted butter and sugars and whisk until combined.
Add the cocoa powder and mix further.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Sift in the flour and salt and mix again.
Mix in the chocolate chunks with a spatula.
Transfer the batter into the muffin tins, filling each a little bit more than halfway.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
