Ingredients
1.5 pound extra large shrimp, deveined with shells and tails on
1/2 red bell pepper , chopped into large chunks
1/2 orange bell pepper , chopped into large chunks
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tablespoon thyme
2 tablespoon walker wood Jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon browning
Ground black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Ground pimento
Ground ginger
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 medium red potatoes , cut into large chunks

4 mini corn on the cobs, cut into halves
Instructions
1 . Bring a large pot filled with water to a boil and cook the corn and potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
- Remove from heat, drain, and set aside
- In a large bowl, season cleaned shrimp with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground pimento , and ginger
- Add browning , thyme and mix well then set aside
- In a large skillet , heat olive oil and sauté the garlic , bell peppers, and green onion for about 4-6 minutes or until tender
- Add 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning and mix well
- Add 2 sticks of butter and cook until butter is fully melted (about 3-5 minutes )
- Add seasoned shrimp and allow it to cook on medium high heat for 6-8 minutes
- Remove from heat
- In a large pan add the corn and potatoes
- Pour the Shrimp and jerk butter mixture over the corn and potatoes and carefully mix well so that everything is coated with the jerk butter sauce
- Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
- Serve and enjoy !
